Buying guide
Peridot is the August birthstone, prized for its fresh green that suits leaf and garden motifs. It is about 6.5 to 7 on the Mohs scale, so it handles daily wear with some care: take the ring off for sports or heavy work, and clean it with warm soapy water and a soft brush.
Every design offers 1 to 9 carats total weight. Gold comes in 10K, 14K or 18K; yellow and rose gold give the green a warm, natural look. Prices include the peridot and start under $350 at the smallest size; most rings are between about $775 and $1,000.
Each ring is made for you in 10–15 days. Shipping is free on orders over $500, returns are accepted within 30 days, and one resize is free within 60 days of delivery.
