We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery on all standard (non-customized) items.
Items that include engraving, personalization, resizing, or other customization may still be eligible for return; however, they are subject to a 10% restocking fee, calculated based on the total purchase price of the customized item.
Engraving or customization is provided at no additional cost when selected at the time of purchase or when requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement may be cancelled at no cost.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours from placement are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, calculated based on the total purchase price.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including special orders or fully custom items, unless otherwise stated.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Manufacturing defects reported within 12 months of delivery are eligible for repair upon inspection and approval.
After 30 days from delivery, minor repairs (excluding center stone replacement above 0.50 carat) are available at a minimum charge of $50 plus shipping.
Loss of any stone above 0.50 carat and major structural repairs will be evaluated and quoted after inspection.
Complimentary resizing (±1.5 ring sizes), polishing, and engraving services are provided for one year from delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for all repair services.
All repairs require prior authorization and inspection before work is performed.
Exchanges are permitted within 12 months of delivery.
All exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee, calculated on the original purchase price.
The original item must be returned and approved upon inspection before an exchange is processed.
Any applicable restocking fee and price difference must be paid after inspection. The replacement item will ship only after payment is received.
Items originally purchased from us may be upgraded at any time by returning the original item for inspection.
The original item must be returned in good condition and, where applicable, must include its original grading certificate.
Any price difference must be paid in full before the upgraded item is shipped.
