I picked up a pair of 1 carat total weight stud earrings for my fiance and honestly couldn’t be happier with them. The presentation was solid, they came with a certification card, and everything felt legit right out of the box.
What really surprised me was the value. For under $300, I wasn’t expecting this level of quality, but they look great in person and have a really nice sparkle. They made a perfect thanks for putting up with me gift and were very well received.

The only downside is apparently I fiddle with them a lot on conference calls and my husband asked that if I wear just them all the time do I really need my other earrings.

At first I was skeptical, but after choosing the setting and the stone I wanted I paid for it within 24 hours. I have a CAD drawing. The updates are amazing the videos of your room the pictures just a truly great experience. My fiancé loved her ring. I even spoke to customer service once seeing if I could expedite, they said it was already expedited and I received my ring within a few days from time awards delivery. It was a little less than two weeks and I’m glad I went with them.
I love my new ring from Renaissance Jewel! The whole process took around a month from start to finish. I upgraded to the 14k gold, which in my opinion looks more like 18k gold! So if you want a more pale yellow look, stick with the 10k. I am very pleased with the craftsmanship of the ring.

Ok so I did have some issues with my order. I needed to reach out to customer service a few times. Each time I did I was always able to get through to someone very quickly. Manny has been great every step of the way, he was always there to help me. Even when I requested a refund he called me early, texted me and saw to it that I got my refund really quickly. The customer service is one is the greatest things about this company. So if you buy from here, just know you can always have someone by your side to help you with your order.
