Graduated designs set the stones from small to larger along the twist, which draws the eye to the center.
Total weight is the weight of all the lab-grown diamonds in the pendant. Most designs offer about 0.35 to 2 carats total weight, and nearly every design has a 1 carat total weight option. A lighter pendant suits daily layering with other chains; a heavier one gives larger stones and more sparkle, and works well worn on its own.
Gold comes in 10K or 14K. Yellow and rose gold make the twisted metal stand out; white gold gives a bright frame around the stones. Silvadium, a tarnish-resistant sterling silver, is the lower-cost option. Prices start under $250, and most necklaces cost about $630 to $760.
