Cushion Cut Infinity Engagement Rings

Cushion cut infinity engagement rings wind the band into a loop or twist that meets a cushion center. Most designs set pave lab-grown diamond accents along the twist, some keep the center as a solitaire, and a couple add a halo. Choose white, yellow or rose gold, platinum, or Silvadium, a tarnish-resistant sterling silver.

Buying guide

What an infinity band looks like

An infinity band crosses over itself so its lines suggest the infinity symbol. On an engagement ring, the two strands usually twist or interweave as they rise toward the center. The designs here show different takes: a crossover twist, interwoven strands, pave ribbons, and a plain twist with accents.

Solitaire or halo

Some designs leave the cushion center on its own, so the twist in the band is the main detail. A couple add a halo of accents around the center for a fuller top. A solitaire infinity ring sits slimmer and pairs easily with a wedding band, while a halo version looks larger on the hand.

Centers, metals and price

Every design takes a fancy blue, pink, yellow or green cushion center, and some take black. Gold comes in 10K, 14K or 18K. Settings start at about $380, and most are between about $1,150 and $1,500. That price is for the setting only; the center is chosen and priced in the next step.
