Buying guide
Antique rings are known for fine surface work, and most designs here use it. Milgrain is a row of tiny metal beads along an edge. Filigree is open metal lacework, often in the gallery under the center. Engraving adds scrolls or leaves to the sides of the band. Paired with pave, these details give an antique pave ring texture as well as sparkle.
Gold designs come in 10K, 14K or 18K white, yellow or rose gold. Yellow and rose gold lean toward the warm look of older rings, while white gold and platinum suit art deco styles. Platinum holds fine detail well and is the most hard-wearing choice.
Settings start under $200, and most are between about $769 and $1,319. That is for the setting only; the center is chosen and priced in the next step, in a colorless stone or a fancy blue, pink, yellow or green, with black on some designs.
Each ring is made for you in 10–15 days. Shipping is free on orders over $500, returns are accepted within 30 days, and one resize is free within 60 days of delivery.
