A knife edge band is shaped like a peak in cross-section: two sides meet in a sharp ridge along the top. The ridge catches light and makes the band look slimmer than its real width. On this knife edge eternity band the two rows of lab-grown diamonds follow the slopes, so stones face the light from both sides of the ridge.
