A Promise, Perfected

Heart Engraved Rings

These engraved heart rings are settings for a heart-shaped center, with patterns cut into the band, shoulders or gallery. Nearly all have a vintage look, many with milgrain edges, and you can choose a plain solitaire, a pave band with lab-grown diamond accents, a halo or a three stone design. Each comes in white, yellow or rose gold, platinum or Silvadium, a tarnish-resistant sterling silver.

What engraving adds to a heart ring

Engraving here means a decorative pattern worked into the metal of the setting: scrolls, leaves or an XO motif along the band, or detail on the sides of the head. It gives a heart ring texture you notice up close and fits the vintage character that runs through this collection. Milgrain, a line of tiny beads along the edges, appears on most designs and frames the engraved areas.

Styles to choose from

  • Engraved solitaire: a single heart-shaped center on an engraved band, the most common style here.
  • Pave: lab-grown diamond accents along part of the band or shoulders, beside the engraving.
  • Floral and filigree: petal and scroll details for a softer look.
  • Halo, three stone, bezel and cathedral: a frame of accents, two side stones, a metal rim around the center, or arches that lift it.

Heart centers, metals and price

Every setting is made for a heart-shaped center, chosen in the next step. Most also come in versions made for a fancy blue, pink, yellow or green heart, and some for black. Engraving shows most clearly in yellow and rose gold; in white gold and platinum it reads finer. Gold comes in 10K, 14K or 18K. Prices start under $200, and most settings are between about $950 and $1,350, for the setting only. The center is priced when you choose it.
