I was very disappointed when I received my order. This was a push present from my husband so we opted to have the ring engraved with our daughter’s name on it. The ring I received does not look like the ring on their website, the inside of the ring is supposed to be completely solid and have my daughter’s name engraved but it does not. The ring also looks completely different, almost like a very small stone version of the image on the website. I called support for help but they said it was a new band they had in stock so they were not sure what it’s supposed to look like and the engraving could not be done. That is something I believe customers service should have reached out to us before sending the order out since the engraving was something we wanted on the ring. They asked me to email them a picture of the ring so they can see if the correct ring was sent. Still waiting on a response.

Very pleased with the quality and expensive look, ill NEVER go back to moned diamonds again considering loss of resale value and the fact that these ARE in fact real diamonds without the damage to earth and cruelty to miners. Plus they'll work with incorporating your previous stone into new settings!

I ordered a wedding band and engagement ring in January. The engagement ring came pretty quick with no issues. A few weeks later I received the wedding band and it was a completely wrong ring, but with the correct engraving that I had chosen. I got a return label and sent the ring back. I didn’t hear anything from them after I saw the ring had been delivered to the store. I called a few weeks later just asking for any updates. Come to find out they didn’t even process that my ring had been received until I had called as it had gotten lost within the system after being received so it was never actually marked as received. They finally started working on my ring and a week or two in, I get a call from an employee ask to confirm my ring size which I was a little confused about as they should have had my order to begin with. My ring finally got delivered today, months later, and the engraving isn’t on it. The employees over the phone are always nice and helpful but obviously something within quality control is lacking as they engraved a complete wrong ring in the beginning, then finally send me the correct ring with no engraving. At this point it is so much of a hassle I don’t even know if I want to bother sending it back to get engraved at this point. I have also been paying on these things for months and continuously getting incorrect items.
The website was so easy to use! Designing a ring for my fiance couldn't have been any easier. When I got the ring it far exceed my expectations. Absolutely beautiful and great quality!
I had mentioned months ago I would like an anniversary band or 3 stone band to wear on my right hand. Nothing else was said then the week of our anniversary, he said let’s go get you that ring you want. Well I was more than ready but didn’t have any idea what I really wanted. Flor was our consultant and guided us from different styles un til we had found a 3 stone I really liked but I’d also seen another ring that was gorgeous but a little over what I had in my mind but when I tried it on, he looked at it and said…that’s it! It was exquisite and more than I’d dreamed of. A beautiful Tacori Radiance center stone with a Pave stone on each side sitting on a band of round diamonds. Flor was wonderful and I would definitely will visit her again. Thank you for the experience and wonderful service that went way above and beyond.
I picked up a pair of 1 carat total weight stud earrings for my fiance and honestly couldn’t be happier with them. The presentation was solid, they came with a certification card, and everything felt legit right out of the box.
What really surprised me was the value. For under $300, I wasn’t expecting this level of quality, but they look great in person and have a really nice sparkle. They made a perfect thanks for putting up with me gift and were very well received.
Shipping was smooth, packaging was clean, and overall it just felt like a really easy, no-stress purchase. Definitely exceeded expectations for the price.
I am whatever is greater than thrilled with my recent purchase of 6ctw pear shaped studs. They are gorgeous and I haven’t seen anything even close to competitive in price. I’m feeling a little, “is this too good to be true,” but based on the authentication provided, the many stellar TrustPilot reviews, the transparency during the production process, perhaps things exceed expectations for once. The only downside is apparently I fiddle with them a lot on conference calls and my husband asked that if I wear just them all the time do I really need my other earrings.

Received my ring (4 carat oval diamond with platinum pave band) and it is stunning! I got it in less than 3 weeks. I love how they provided updates throughout the process. It came with the IGI certificate which checked out. I can’t wait to show everyone my new ring! I ordered a diamond ring. I wanted it for a special anniversary and trip. At first I was skeptical, but after choosing the setting and the stone I wanted I paid for it within 24 hours. I have a CAD drawing. The updates are amazing the videos of your room the pictures just a truly great experience. My fiancé loved her ring. I even spoke to customer service once seeing if I could expedite, they said it was already expedited and I received my ring within a few days from time awards delivery. It was a little less than two weeks and I’m glad I went with them.
I love my new ring from Renaissance Jewel! The whole process took around a month from start to finish. I upgraded to the 14k gold, which in my opinion looks more like 18k gold! So if you want a more pale yellow look, stick with the 10k. I am very pleased with the craftsmanship of the ring.
