A lab-grown sapphire eternity band in yellow gold sets a row of lab-grown sapphires across the band. Each design can be ordered with lab-grown blue sapphire or lab-grown pink sapphire. Most are half eternity bands, with stones across the top; a few are full eternity, all the way around. Stones come in round, marquise, pear, princess and emerald cuts in prong, channel and pave settings.

Buying guide
A half eternity band has stones across the top half only, so the underside is plain gold. It is more comfortable for many people, costs less, and can be resized. A full eternity band sets stones all the way around for color from every angle, but it can't be resized in the usual way. Most of these lab-grown sapphire eternity rings in yellow gold are half eternity.
Lab-grown sapphire is the same mineral as natural sapphire, corundum, with the same hardness of 9 on the Mohs scale, so it handles daily wear well in a band. Blue looks rich and deep against yellow gold; pink gives a softer, warmer pairing. Shapes add variety: marquise and pear stones make vine-like patterns, emerald cuts sit north-south, and round stones give a classic row.
Most designs offer about 0.5 to 1 carat total weight, a few start at 0.15 carats, and some go up to 7 carats. Gold comes in 10K, 14K or 18K on nearly every design. Bands start from about $350, and most are between about $600 and $750.
Each band is made for you in 10–15 days. Shipping is free on orders over $500, returns are accepted within 30 days, and one resize is free within 60 days of delivery. Full eternity bands can't be resized: the one free size change within 60 days means remaking the band.
