Each gold infinity heart ring here holds a heart-shaped center on a band that loops, twists or crosses over itself. Most styles trace the twist with pavé lab-grown diamond accents, and a few wrap the heart in a halo. Every setting comes in white, yellow or rose gold, and you choose the heart-shaped center in the next step.

Buying guide
An infinity band crosses two strands of metal so they form a figure-eight or a soft twist at the top of the ring. Under a heart center, the strands meet at the shoulders and lead the eye to the point of the heart. Some designs keep one strand plain and set the other with pavé, others interweave both strands, and some add ribbons of pavé that swirl toward the center.
About half the range is a solitaire: the heart sits alone on its prongs and the twisting band does the decorating. The halo styles set a ring of lab-grown diamond accents around the heart, which makes it look larger and gives a fuller top. A split shank style gives a wider, airier look on the finger. Heart-shaped stones show their outline best when the center is at least medium sized, so keep that in mind when you choose the center.
Every setting comes in white, yellow or rose gold, in 10K, 14K or 18K. Rose gold suits the heart motif with a soft warm tone, while white gold keeps a twisted pavé band looking bright. Prices start from about $1,150 for the setting, and most fall between about $1,275 and $1,500. That is the setting only; the center is chosen and priced in the next step, in a near-colorless stone or in blue, pink, yellow or green, with black on some designs.
