Emerald Cut Engagement Rings with Trillion Side Stones

An emerald cut engagement ring with trillion side stones pairs a long, step-cut center with a triangular lab-grown diamond on each side. The three stone layout widens the ring without hiding the clean lines of the center. These settings come in white, yellow or rose gold, platinum, or Silvadium, a tarnish-resistant sterling silver.

Buying guide

Why trillions suit an emerald cut

A trillion is a triangle-shaped stone. Set with its flat side against the center, it continues the straight edges of an emerald cut and points outward, so the ring reads as one long, tapered shape. The trillion side stones are lab-grown diamonds, and their brilliant faceting adds sparkle beside the calmer flashes of the step-cut center.

Band styles

Some designs keep a single plain band under the three stones for a classic look. Others split the shank into two strands as it rises to the center, which adds width and a more open profile on the hand.

Choosing your center

These are settings: you choose the emerald cut center in the next step, and its price is added then. The settings can be made for fancy-color centers such as pink, blue, yellow, green or black. Settings start from about $425, and most are around $1,250. Gold comes in 10K, 14K or 18K.

Made to order

Each ring is made for you in 10–15 days. Shipping is free on orders over $500, returns are accepted within 30 days, and one resize is free within 60 days of delivery.
