Studs sit close for everyday ease; drops and dangles add graceful movement for evening.

Backing Types

Choose a secure screw back for daily wear, or a classic push back for quick on-and-off.

Carat & Sparkle

From subtle solitaires to bold statement carats — total weight is split across the pair.

Metal & Tone

White, yellow, rose gold or platinum — pick a tone that flatters your skin and wardrobe.

Buying guide

Choosing a style

  • Studs: a single stone or small cluster on the lobe, the easiest pair to wear every day.
  • Hoops and huggies: lab-grown diamonds set along a hoop. Huggies hug the lobe closely; larger hoops show more stones and more movement.
  • Drop earrings: a stone or shape that hangs below the lobe, good for evenings and weddings.
  • Ear climbers: a line of stones that runs up the ear for a modern look.

Settings and details

Pavé is the most common look in this range: small lab-grown diamonds set close together so the whole surface sparkles. Bezel settings frame each stone in metal and hold it securely, which suits earrings you sleep in or wear daily. Cluster and floral designs group several stones into one larger shape, and halo designs ring a center stone with smaller ones to make it look bigger. Graduated hoops step the stones from small to large for a tapered line.

Size, metal and backs

Many designs offer 1 to 10 carats total weight for the pair, and some start well under half a carat for a delicate look. On some designs you can also pick E–F or F–G color with VVS–VS or VS–SI clarity. Gold comes in 10K, 14K or 18K. Platinum is the heaviest and naturally white, and Silvadium, a tarnish-resistant sterling silver, is the lightest on the budget. Check the backs: some studs have screw backs, and some drops use lever backs.

Lab-Grown Diamond Earrings FAQs

How much should a nice pair of diamond earrings cost?

A nice pair of lab-grown diamond earrings in our range usually costs between about $400 and $775 at the smallest option, and simple styles start under $50. Price climbs with carat total weight, metal and karat, and platinum costs the most. Lab-grown diamonds cost far less than natural diamonds of the same size, so you can choose a larger pair for the same budget.

What type of earring is most popular?

Lab-grown diamond studs and small hoops are the most popular earrings because they go with everything and can be worn every day. Huggies, which sit close to the lobe, are a close favorite, and drop earrings are the usual pick for weddings and evenings. In our range hoops are the largest group, followed by stud earrings, drop earrings and huggies, all set with lab-grown diamonds.

What grade of diamond is best for earrings?

For earrings, a near-colorless grade such as E–F or F–G with VS–SI clarity is a smart balance. Earrings are seen from a distance, so tiny inclusions don't show and you can spend more on size instead. Choose VVS–VS clarity if you want the cleanest stones. Where a design offers grade choices, you pick them on the product page.

Do all real diamond earrings have screw backs?

No. Natural and lab-grown diamond earrings use several kinds of backs: push backs, screw backs, lever backs on drop earrings and hinged closures on hoops and huggies. Screw backs are popular on studs because they are hard to knock loose. In our range, some stud earrings have screw backs, some drop earrings use lever backs, and hoops close with a hinge. Check each product's details for its back.

Can I sleep with my diamond earrings?

Yes, many people sleep in small studs and huggies, which sit flat and close to the ear. Larger hoops and drop earrings can catch on bedding and bend, so take those off at night. Lab-grown diamonds are as hard as natural diamonds and are fine in the shower, but soap and lotion dull their sparkle, so rinse and wipe them now and then.
