A bezel is a thin rim of metal that wraps around a stone instead of holding it with prongs. It protects the edge of the stone, sits smoothly, and gives a clean outline. On these rings the bezels hold the lab-grown diamond accents on the shoulders, halo or band, so the blue topaz is framed by small circles of metal and light.
