A halo is a ring of small stones set around the center. On this ring the halo is made of lab-grown diamonds, filigree openwork runs along the sides, and three rows of pave line the band, giving it a vintage look. The halo and pave add to the ring's total stone weight; the 1.5 carat figure is the oval center alone.
An oval is a brilliant cut, so it sparkles much like a round, but its longer outline looks larger from above and lengthens the look of the finger.
