I am so happy with my purchase! When I first placed my order, I didn’t realize my engagement ring would be made from scratch or how long that process would take. It was a bit of a rushed purchase, and in my hurry, I forgot to include my ring size. I called immediately (at night, EST) and was pleasantly surprised to reach someone right away. They noted my ring size and reassured me not to worry.
As the days went by, I grew anxious that my ring wouldn’t arrive before my fiancé and I left for vacation, so I called again and spoke with Pia, who was so sweet and understanding. I explained how important it was for me to have the ring before we left. Pia promised to check with production for an accurate estimate, and she actually called me back the same day with an update!
I’ll admit, I became the “nervous customer” and called again a few days later since I didn’t see any tracking updates in my portal. Even then, the team remained patient and professional, providing updates as the ring moved through production and shipping.
Two days before our trip, I had convinced myself the ring wouldn’t arrive in time. Frustrated, I called once more to express my disappointment, and not even 10 minutes later, USPS knocked on my door with the delivery!
I couldn’t be happier with the final result. The ring is absolutely stunning- so sparkly and exactly as pictured. I’m beyond thrilled with the quality, the customer service, and the communication throughout the entire process.

It took about 2 weeks from order date to delivery; however I would allow at least a month delivery expectation so your not like me panicked and calling every two seconds. Overall, couldn’t be happier!
I just picked Renaissance for purchasing 1 ct tw lab grown diamond earrings, and I think I hit the jackpot with a great price and high quality/color. It took a while, which made me a bit nervous, but in the end it was all worth it. Amazing craftsmanship and a beautiful product. I couldn't be happier. Have no worries. They do impressive work!! I ordered a pair of 3 stone earrings from here. The customer service was excellent. I was sent drawings and pictures before the earrings were sent out and the earrings themself are beautiful. The stones are super sparkly and good quality and I love the screw on backs that they have. I feel secure knowing they wont fall off. I love them so much that I have worn them every day since I got them and will probably continue to do so. They are going to be my favorite for sure.

Henry was such a great help. Got my princess ring and band custom made. Great price point and the lifetime free upgrade is an added bonus. Their packaging could be much better. I am fine with it but I imaging someone who is going to propose would need a much better box. I am very happy with what I have got.
They don’t have a lot of design for men’s ring. Reached out to them on the phone and got a custom princess ring made. Very happy with the result. It took almost a month to made but it was worth the wait. Highly recommend Henry and Renaissance Jewel.
Got the ring as it was displayed on the website with IGI certificate. I had to take the ring to a local shop for authenticity and it was what was promised. Very satisfied with the ring and the pricing. The box could be a little better. I had to buy another box for proposal.
Was looking for a round diamond and pave band ring. Ordered 4 carat diamond initially but was too big, so returned it and ordered 2 carat diamond. The ring looks amazing and we get it for less than half the price of what our local jeweler was quoting. Got the IGI certificate as well, which was a relief.
