After receiving the 50th wedding anniversary ring I ordered, we found it was too small. We contacted Renaissance and they were fantastic in getting it back and resized. The ring is absolutely gorgeous. My wife is thrilled and I can't say enough about the service Renaissance provided us. I searched and SEARCHED for two pairs of diamond studs to have for daily wear--and look no further! I found a beautiful pair of cushion cut 1 carat platinum studs and loved them so much I bought another paid! Emerald 1 carat studs! Online chat was very helpful as well--10/10 would recommend!
Received the second ring ordered from Renaissance. Its beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased with this company. Received the 50th anniversary ring I ordered. It is gorgeous and the price was fantastic. The only bad part was I provided the wrong size. I thought the stones would be bigger for 7 carats. The representative could not send me an adequate picture of the bracelet. I would have gone bigger stones.

The ring setting is beautiful. I had it set by a local jeweler and it is gorgeous! I wish the prongs were a little thicker, but otherwise is just as beautiful as the picture!!! The jeweler told me the prongs were pretty thin and to be very careful with it when I wear it!!!

Customer service was absolutely amazing. I ordered this ring while working out of town and unexpectedly was on a tight timeframe due to a short notice trip home and not wanting the ring to sit in the mail room where I am staying. The customer service team worked with me to expedite the production of the ring and get it sent out to meet my needs. It's been almost a year. I have had this ring and I am IN LOVE. It is so beautifully made. I was in awe when it arrived. The diamonds sparkle and I got a steal on it when I purchased it back in 2025

I had my original ring for 3 months when I lost 1 of the side stones. My ring was loose too. I could hear the diamond moving in the setting..when I reached out in regards to this, not only did they not charge me the "standard " $75 fed ex fee, they made me a whole new ring when they got mine to them !! Kudos for going ABOVE And BEYOND with your customer service and backing your LIFE TIME guarantee !!! It's such a rare experience anymore !!
