I'm so glad I found Renaissance Jewel NYC. As someone who cares about ethical sourcing, knowing their diamonds are lab grown made the decision easy. But what really won me over was the experience from start to finish.
I purchased a diamond ring as a gift for my mother, who lives in Asia — which uses a different ring sizing system. I was nervous it wouldn't fit, but the team was incredibly helpful throughout, reassuring me that if it didn't, they offer a complimentary resizing service within 90 days of purchase. That kind of support made all the difference.
The ring ended up fitting her perfectly. She was deeply touched and hasn't taken it off since. The quality is excellent, and I genuinely can't thank the team enough — everyone who helped me through the process went above and beyond. I'll absolutely be back.

Nora spent over 30 minutes helping me choose the perfect engagement ring, patiently explaining the differences between diamonds and making sure I felt confident in my decision. She also helped ensure my ring could arrive before August 15. She was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. I’ve tried to submit 3 reviews to warn others DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM! I submitted pictures of proof and explained how customer service with Brian and Erin who repulsive. I have now reported this to the BBB, and if proper resolution is not provided, I will continue with my complaint to the BBB and post all photos and phone calls made on all social media platforms to ensure that NO ONE ELSE IS SCAMMED TO THE LEVEL THAT HAPPENED TO MY SON! Renassiance Jewelers has f’ed with the WRONG PEOPLE, as if resolution is not properly redeemed, we will continue to complain, continue to bring this matter at full strength to the BBB and obtain a lawyer! Erin, your “management” needs and intellect screening along with a vision screening. She is a POOR representation to your company and this will continue to be fought until proper resolution is received, I will continue to place poor reviews, continue to work with the BBB and obtain a lawyer and put this on every social media platform I belong to. Your product is NOT AND COST IS NOT IS WHAT WAS RECEIVED AND I WILL FIGHT THIS UNTIL PROPER RESOLUTION TO THIS MATTER IS PUT INTO PLACE! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It is an utter scam! These phots are compared to a 1 carat center stone with 1/2 carat baguettes. Does this look like a 1 carat to you? I left a review that this company refused to post - photos and all! My son purchased a ONE CARAT ENGAGEMENT RING. The ring arrived and it is likely 1/3 of a carat. Customer service was repulsive as they stood by this ring to he a carat. This ring is something one would pay $0.25 out of a gumball machine. When providing photos of my own engagement ring with the center stone as one carat and banquettes on either side 0.5 carats - there was NO comparison. Yet, this company was ADAMANT THE RING SENT WAS A CARAT. It was NOT! I will write a review every single day until they make this right. SCAM WEBSITE! DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THIS PLACE AS YOU WILL SPEND A LOT OF MONEY FOR A JOKE OF WHAT YOU PURCHASED! Look at the photos below. Does this look like a carat in comparison to a carat and two baguette half carats? Not even close. Yet this company was adamant I was wrong! Refund without return and send what was ordered! This company is will rob you!!!
It's been almost a year. I have had this ring and I am IN LOVE. It is so beautifully made. I was in awe when it arrived. The diamonds sparkle and I got a steal on it when I purchased it back in 2025
The ring looks prettier and prettier everyday. We got the 2ct oval D color and vvs2 clarity. It sparkles more everyday also. Good job on such a quality product at a good price. Also your deal to add warranty even after purchase is so good!

Bought a ring from here I really had my hopes up high at first I liked the looked and thought I pick a nice ring for my wife with a 14k stamp but once worn only for two weeks after getting married her 3 stones have already falling out and the metal material is not real metal I believe because it is already bending I do not recommend this jewelry like my wife said bum ball machine is what it's giving .
Ordered a ring for my wife from this store online. Looks beautiful. When we received it, it was super light. We went and got it tested and turns out half was lab grown and half was monazite. What was advertised was lab grown… period. Do not buy from here. Go to a real jewelry store.

I had my original ring for 3 months when I lost 1 of the side stones. My ring was loose too. I could hear the diamond moving in the setting..when I reached out in regards to this, not only did they not charge me the "standard " $75 fed ex fee, they made me a whole new ring when they got mine to them !! Kudos for going ABOVE And BEYOND with your customer service and backing your LIFE TIME guarantee !!! It's such a rare experience anymore !!

I was very disappointed when I received my order. This was a push present from my husband so we opted to have the ring engraved with our daughter’s name on it. The ring I received does not look like the ring on their website, the inside of the ring is supposed to be completely solid and have my daughter’s name engraved but it does not. The ring also looks completely different, almost like a very small stone version of the image on the website. I called support for help but they said it was a new band they had in stock so they were not sure what it’s supposed to look like and the engraving could not be done. That is something I believe customers service should have reached out to us before sending the order out since the engraving was something we wanted on the ring. They asked me to email them a picture of the ring so they can see if the correct ring was sent. Still waiting on a response.

Very pleased with the quality and expensive look, ill NEVER go back to moned diamonds again considering loss of resale value and the fact that these ARE in fact real diamonds without the damage to earth and cruelty to miners. Plus they'll work with incorporating your previous stone into new settings!
