I ordered this ring while working out of town and unexpectedly was on a tight timeframe due to a short notice trip home and not wanting the ring to sit in the mail room where I am staying. The customer service team worked with me to expedite the production of the ring and get it sent out to meet my needs. The ring itself came out absolutely perfect and is more beautiful than I could ever imagine!

I had my original ring for 3 months when I lost 1 of the side stones. My ring was loose too. I could hear the diamond moving in the setting..when I reached out in regards to this, not only did they not charge me the "standard " $75 fed ex fee, they made me a whole new ring when they got mine to them !! Kudos for going ABOVE And BEYOND with your customer service and backing your LIFE TIME guarantee !!! It's such a rare experience anymore !!

I had mentioned months ago I would like an anniversary band or 3 stone band to wear on my right hand. Nothing else was said then the week of our anniversary, he said let’s go get you that ring you want. Well I was more than ready but didn’t have any idea what I really wanted. Flor was our consultant and guided us from different styles un til we had found a 3 stone I really liked but I’d also seen another ring that was gorgeous but a little over what I had in my mind but when I tried it on, he looked at it and said…that’s it! It was exquisite and more than I’d dreamed of. A beautiful Tacori Radiance center stone with a Pave stone on each side sitting on a band of round diamonds.
