Buying guide
A cluster pendant groups several lab-grown diamonds into one flower, so it reads larger than any single stone in it. A halo design rings an oval or round center with smaller stones, and the double halo adds a second ring for more size. Filigree pendants surround the stones with open scrollwork and milgrain beading, which gives a vintage, lacy look. Leaf designs are lighter and more linear, with pave set along the leaf or an open outline.
Smaller flower and leaf pendants sit neatly at the collarbone and layer well with a plain chain. Larger clusters and filigree discs carry more detail and do well alone over a simple neckline. A pave or accented bail adds a little sparkle where the pendant meets the chain.
Carat options are the total weight of all the lab-grown diamonds in the pendant. Most designs offer about 1 to 5 carats total weight, some start at 0.35 or 0.5 carat, and a few go higher. Prices start under $300, and most pendants cost about $320 to $370 at their smallest option. Lab-grown diamonds cost far less than natural diamonds of the same size, so a fuller cluster stays affordable in silver.
