Marquise Double Halo Rings

These marquise double halo rings are engagement ring settings with two rows of lab-grown diamond accents around a marquise center. Most add a pave band, and many divide into a split shank. Every design comes in white, yellow or rose gold, platinum, or Silvadium, a tarnish-resistant sterling silver. You choose the marquise center in the next step.

What a double halo does for a marquise

A halo is a ring of small stones set around the center. A double halo adds a second ring outside the first, so the center looks larger and brighter from across the room. The marquise is long with pointed ends, and two halos trace that outline twice, which stretches the look on the finger. The halo also wraps the fragile points of the marquise, giving them extra protection.

Choosing a style

  • Split shank: the band divides near the center, which balances the width of two halos.
  • Pave band: lab-grown diamond accents continue from the halos down the band.
  • Floral, scalloped and stacked halos: some designs shape the outer halo into petals or scallops, or raise one halo above the other.
  • Graduated halo: a few designs use stones that change size around the outline.

Center color, metal and price

Every design can be ordered for a fancy color center in yellow, blue, pink or green, and some for a black center. Gold comes in 10K, 14K or 18K. White gold, platinum and silver blend with the halos for an all-white look, while yellow and rose gold make the halos stand out. Prices are for the setting alone and start under $400; most settings fall between about $850 and $1,000. Your center is chosen and priced in the next step.
