Buying guide
Citrine is yellow to orange quartz and a November birthstone. It rates 7 on the Mohs hardness scale, so it suits a ring worn often, though it can pick up scratches over the years and harder stones can mark it. Long, strong sunlight and high heat can fade the color, so take the ring off for saunas and clean it with warm, soapy water and a soft brush.
Pave is a surface of tiny stones held by small beads of metal. On these rings the pave is lab-grown diamond, and its white sparkle sets off the golden color of the citrine. A pave solitaire keeps the focus on the center. A halo or double halo surrounds it with lab-grown diamonds and makes it look larger. A split shank opens the band near the center, and vintage, floral and twisted designs add milgrain, petals or a twisting band.
Every design offers 1 to 9 carats total weight. Gold comes in 10K, 14K or 18K: yellow and rose gold blend with the warm color, while white gold, platinum and silver give it more contrast. Prices start under $300, and most rings are between about $750 and $1,050 at their smallest option.
Each ring is made for you in 10–15 days. Shipping is free on orders over $500, returns are accepted within 30 days, and one resize is free within 60 days of delivery.
