Finding Your Perfect Bracelet

Tennis vs. Bangle

A flexible tennis line drapes to the wrist for everyday sparkle; a rigid bangle makes a clean, sculptural statement.

Finding Your Fit

Measure your wrist and add ½–1 inch for comfort. Most styles are made to order — tell us your ideal length.

Carat & Sparkle

Total diamond weight is spread across the line — choose a delicate carat for subtlety or go bold for full brilliance.

Metal & Tone

White, yellow or rose gold, platinum or silver — pick a tone that flatters your skin and stacks with what you wear.

Buying guide

How an in-line tennis bracelet is built

In a tennis bracelet, each stone sits in its own small link, so the bracelet bends with the wrist and lies flat. Shared prongs let neighboring stones sit close together, so you see an unbroken line of color with little metal between them. Round stones keep the line even and give every citrine a bright face.

About citrine

Citrine is the yellow to orange variety of quartz and a birthstone for November. It rates 7 on the Mohs hardness scale, hard enough for a bracelet worn often, though it can scratch if it rubs against harder stones or rough surfaces. Natural citrine with strong color is rare, and most citrine sold today is quartz that has been heat-treated to bring out its golden color. Keep the bracelet out of long, strong sunlight and high heat, and clean it with warm, soapy water and a soft brush.

Choosing a metal

Yellow gold matches the warmth of citrine for a rich, sunny look, and rose gold gives a soft, coppery pairing. White gold and silver set the yellow against cool metal, which makes the color stand out most. Gold comes in 10K or 14K; 14K is the everyday balance of strength and price. Silver is the most affordable. The bracelet comes in 2 to 15 carats total weight. This citrine bracelet for women starts from about $600, and is about $1,600 at its usual starting option.
